How it works

  1. Recommend Easylife Kitchens East London to your friends, family or colleagues.
  2. Ask them to mention your name when they sign their kitchen agreement.
  3. Once they’ve paid their deposit, you’ll receive your R1,000 Sanook voucher as our way of saying thank you.

  1. The Refer & Reward Campaign is offered exclusively by Easylife Kitchens East London.
  2. Existing and new Easylife Kitchens East London clients may participate by referring friends, family members, colleagues, or acquaintances to Easylife Kitchens East London.
  3. To qualify for the referral reward, the referred client must:
    • Be a new client to Easylife Kitchens East London;
    • Mention the referrer’s name before or at the time of signing their contract;
    • Sign a project agreement with Easylife Kitchens East London; and
    • Pay the required project deposit.
  4. The referrer will receive one (1) R1,000 Sanook voucher for each successful referral that meets all qualifying criteria.
  5. The voucher will only be issued once the referred client’s deposit has been received and cleared.
  6. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a client may make. A separate R1,000 Sanook voucher will be awarded for each qualifying referral.
  7. Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively once a contract has been signed if the referrer’s details were not disclosed during the sales process.
  8. Employees, contractors, franchise owners, and immediate family members of Easylife Kitchens East London are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
  9. The Sanook voucher is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, refundable, or redeemable for any other product or service.
  10. Easylife Kitchens East London reserves the right to verify all referrals and reject any referral that is found to be fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or not compliant with these Terms & Conditions.
  11. In the event of a project cancellation, non-payment, or withdrawal by the referred customer before the deposit is paid, no referral reward will be issued.
  12. Easylife Kitchens East London reserves the right to substitute the voucher with an alternative reward of equal value should circumstances require.
  13. Easylife Kitchens East London reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  14. By participating in this campaign, both the referrer and referred customer agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  15. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
